How Can I Make a Reservation?

Contact us, and a culinary advisor will assist you in designing your gastronomic offer based on your needs, with support from a nutritionist for the “portions” products. Once the proposal is accepted, we require a 50% deposit.

How much notice do I need to give for a reservation?

Depending on the ingredients you choose, we will deliver the product within 24 to 48 hours. If you don’t have that much time, don’t hesitate to call us; we will do our best to provide a solution based on market possibilities.

Where do the products come from?

We work with top-quality fresh ingredients, primarily sourced from Galicia, the Valle de los Pedroches (Córdoba) for ham, and Mallorca. 100% Spanish origin.

Can I always have access to all products?

We rely on nature for freshness and only work with products during their optimal season, so we cannot always guarantee the availability of all items. Many of our products are also artisanal or limited editions.
